I get the caution you throw out. I have been burned many times on the OTC
But this one is certainly a binary decision
One accept as truth what we heard in the conference call (one statement was that revenue has started this month in Morocco. ). If you do accept as truth then go all in and know you will certainly get rewarded
Or accept that this is another P&D. Short if you can or run for the hills and discontinue posting here so those of us who accept it as truth can have positive input.
