Is it a "shared space" like you state?

Sooooo why isnt anyone who is majorly long even concerned here? The building is not one that most small companies want to be associated with.

Is there a real office there?

Is it just a desk? If it is, just admit it.
But don't put into every press release "with offices in Israel and New York.
