I'm 100% convinced that Denner is not "doing nothing". My guess is that he is clearing a bunch of hurdles for his next move. Courting institutional investors, continuing to dialogue with management/BoD, talking to BP's, etc.

Because it makes no sense when people say "Denner doesn't care....Denner isn't doing anything...Denner is selling out...Denner isn't moving with a sense of urgency...Denner is failing, blah blah blah".

Are people serious? You think he's just sitting around twiddling his thumbs? He knows the stock is going absolutely nowhere right now. So he's either going to cut his losses and get out (which we know he hasn't done), or he's going for it. But the fact that he's not penning memos to the public about his daily activities is meaningless in terms of "what he's doing".
