George got pretty much everything he could get. The full $2 million, the original $200K paid for the warrants, plus FORW gets to keep the stock from the exercise.
So of course he is nice.
But the question is why did he get so much if there was a genuine dispute? And why the need to file with the Court?
Both are very odd.
Other than Sharp having something pretty serious on Brian, I suspect the dispute was manufactured and the warrant purchase and exercise was not meant to be an “at risk” transaction for FORW.
And they needed to hide that fact with a making a Court filing.
