Even if NotaCure was equivalent in PFS and OS to DCVax, it is only effective when used. It may prolong survival in some, but it is not a potential cure. Whereas, DCVax-L potentially activates immune memory cells which can continue to prolong survival, even after stopping the vaccine. To me, that is the major difference between the two therapies. One is potentially curative, the other is not. Plus quality of life is much better not having to shave your head and wear the helmet. It’s a no brainer

It would be interesting to see if the combination of the two would yield better results than either individually. It would seem based on the small sample in the DCVax p3, it might.
