Translation, Ex correctly knows U.S. Combo patent is very close to allowance, Ex doesn’t want to draw competitive attention to it. The fact is, they need to start the combo trials by also adding csf1r-1, which will be Dr. Prin’s take a bow day in the future. Hopefully that will start soon and they’ll get timing and dosing right. Cure gets thrown around loosely here, but that is one combo that will take us much closer to a higher percentage. The fact is, the base combo, CI + DCVax-l will be protected and therefore any combo adding to that combo will be protected. Outside the indication of GBM, they need only turn to direct’s recent patent and any combos therefrom will also be protected. Ex is right though, the system will try to see to any cures being rolled out much too slowly.

They should have started phase i/ii trials on DCVax-l + CI + Csf-1r five years ago.
