One BIG problem with your analysis. The market is forward looking. You also don’t factor in recurrent GBM and other forms of brain cancer. And then there is the value of Direct. $38Billion is the floor in my mind.

You asked what the market cap would be after UK approval.

Yes, I did include rGBM. The market for nGBM in the UK is not 4k/year alone. The 4k/year includes n and rGBM. I'm not using 100% market share.

I did factor in the potential value of Direct, as it pertains to market cap. I said the revenue from UK approval would put MC at around 5-6 billion. I said add in potential from direct, and likelihood of FDA approval, and that could get the market cap up around 8-10 billion. With only the MHRA approval.

Are you asking what the market value of NWBO will be after UK approval (which is what you actually asked) or are you asking what the buyout value would be at some point in the future?
