If you compare NWBO to Kite and Juno you will see that $10-12/share is way too low.
They were CAR-T therapies (living cells like DCVAX) however there are major differences that make NWBO worth way more.
For example, those CAR-T therapies were generating single antigen T-cells instead of the full personalized repertoire.
2nd example, our phase 3 data set opens the door to a biomarker approval for MGMT methylated patients irrespective of tumor location. That market is way larger than attacking cd19 on acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
