Actually as per that new form he kind of owns or will own about 25.3 million shares (sort of). The OS is 40.6 million. So that’s a big chunk and obviously he’s invested.

17 million shares are exercisable as of 11/9/22 as part of the convertible debt deal whatever that is. Another 3.3 million shares exercisable as of 11/16 again connected to convertible debt. That’s my interpretation of Form 3 and need to think through some. To be honest I’m not familiar with this type of deal so won’t pretend to understand it. Perhaps there’d be a new 8-k to explain more in future.
