I hope they are audited, too, but I wouldn't be surprised to see unaudited 3rd Q fins prepared by Jona Barnes again. The wording in the Extension implies the fins' presentation will be improved from prior quarters due to input from the auditors, but the wording isn't conclusive that they are ready to file audited financials yet. That's JMHO.
