Why doesn't Steve just sell the shares directly? Seems pretty dumb to give them away for .0001. Ultrack, where the bad decisions never end. A $7,500 note converted at .0001 and the shares sold at .006 would net $450,000. Um, what?

Buy low, sell high and ride freebies whenever possible. GLTA!!
