The fact alone that Steve is gone should cause the stock to triple, at a minimum, in value. But the current reorganizing of the corporate structure and fears of a reverse split, as you mention, are preventing that from happening. Still, we now have hope. I can't wait to hear the "exciting transformations...on the horizon," in the phrase of today's Ultrack tweet.

I just emailed Ultrack and asked about where the company is headed and if and when they would make an announcement. The company responded within minutes with an email that said, among other boilerplate:
"We are working on it. Thank You for your inquiry into Ultrack Systems Inc. Currently we are working on reorganizing the corporate structure to direct the company into a positive direction."
Sounds positive, right?

For long-suffering shareholders of this stock, the best hope of making some of your money back is to buy at these levels. I've seen precisely these kinds of stocks come back after new ownership and, sometimes, a new ticker symbol. That's how I made a ton of money, playing a stock called GOIG, which changed symbols two more times in a matter of months. Ultimately, it went from .0003 all the way to $4.
