It's a proven level that caused resistance to the up move and was able to move up to the 15 level (notice it was close to add'l resistance around 16, then 17 to 17.50...so this type of pullback happens around 50% of the time....sometimes it advances up to the higher levels without stopping, sometimes it pulls back to the "breakout level" of 13.50...giving some allowance, I always use plus or minus, since retail investors react differently.

Certainly, I can and have been proven WRONG in the past....

I will hold my position and will continue to avoid buying at high prints, buying near here might prove to be OK....good luck!
