every couple of years some mining outfit "donates" their investment once they realize the PEBBLE is NEVER getting permitted, they havent gotten permitted in the past 30 years of trying, it wont happen now with another dupe pissing away their money.

There has been close to a Billion dollars "donated" for a chance to scoop up a bunch of PM's from this patch of land that the US Govt says, no dice
