WE HAVE ALWAYS agreed there will be in our opinions money coming back here and it will be HLCE type money for most here.

NOW we do differ on just how it will come back but, THAT'S OK as in time we will see how it actually takes place.
But a few things point to 75/25 to the end, such as

TPS fighting to change the 70/30 to 75/25, in your scenario there was ABSOLUTELY nor reason to fight for almost 2 years for an additional 5% to be paid to P's K's if it is NOT 75/25 to the end and at the SAME TIME fought in DELAWARE to have the APR DROPPED in total........
Can you give me a logical common sensible reason why they would do this IF IF IF it is not 75/25 to the end.....
