What if the intent was to allow that release with the assumption that the pps would rise and stabilize in an uplist requirement range so that they could also be working on that portion too so as to maximize the potential impact of the journal/tld/approvals/etc. if so then the potential damage done by the 3rd l party(assuming based on the 10-q verbiage that they do believe there’s a 3rd party out there)goes well beyond a 2$ share price, the potential damage is massive. Obviously just my opinion and not well put together but hopefully it comes across decently enough. They definitely thought the share price would go up that day and not get demolished though imo.
