When you beat them in court and get lucky avoiding revocation, they file a petition of review and delay any decision with endless extensions. The system is in their favor and you cannot do anything about it. You lose you get revoked quickly, you win a decision, you die a slow death. So basically you lose, you lose, you win, you lose.
