FDA lift the partial trial hold when the company announced they were not going to recruit anymore patients. The issues that precipitated the partial trial hold were still part of the trial data. We'll see if it adds the the rest of the issues with the trial. Normally trial holds are serious issues. FDA doesn't do them without substantial evidence of an issue.
