No, I don't think it's fishy biz. They really do have the best reputation in Texas and the award in this case was record breaking! There has never been a bigger award in The Great Nation of Texas for this type of case but from the beginning after the out of court settlement, they kept pushing me on a closely financial services company they are closely related to and from the beginning I have told them, I have my own financial service IT'S ME! I'M A TECHNICAL ANALYST IN THE STOCK MARKET!!! WHAT CAN YOU REALLY BRING TO THE TABLE???

I laid it on the line for them this evening and pointed out how I should not be attached to any such agreement that I should be expected to comply to ANY agreement to an annuity as part of the settlement agreement. I never gave them power of attorney to make such a decision for me to do this and I never signed of on such of an agreement when I said I would settle out of court!

I've been stuck in Peru for almost 6 years. The defendants have offered to send lawyers to Peru because NOBODY not even my own lawyers expected me to win anything but I got 30% in a 3 way split!!! LOL Because I knew I was right and knew how to interview with the Judge via Skype!!!

I put it out there this evening with my own lawyers and told them, my 30 time frame for me to choose an annuity started 23 days ago when I made it known to the my lead lawyer that I would not be taking an annuity but instead I expected them to send the money to my TDAmertrade account instead! I showed them all the letters asking about the release of funds date and their responses not indicating ANYTHING about an annuity requirement to my award and that NO COURT WOULD EVER REQUIRE ME TO SETTLE A CLAIM based on my willingness to put the money in an annuity because of the courts desire to "protect me from myself' and what I might do with the proceeds in the stock market!

They are a good law firm and now it is up to them to figure this out and how to fix it! And they better damn well fix it. I'm sure they will. The fact they have not returned my messages shows me they are concerned!!!
