Sounds like you haven't been reading all of my post. I said whoever is advising Ken is failing him miserably......and they are not showing him all the options. It seems like this reverse split was produced as the only option. This is why I kept saying George Sharp would have never signed on to this. He would have presented other ways and if Ken said no...im sure George would have said... "well bye"!!!
I actually believe TAD was speaking in code when he said a few times in multiple Pr's: ""We have been patient to vet and select a merger candidate that we believe will return value to our shareholders"...........<<<---I dont think these shareholders are us OTC guys and gals he is talking about. This sounds like coded language that he is speaking to investors outside the OTC Community.
Some of the biggest 2020-2021 Merger plays came from OTC Merger Advisors like Caren Currier & George Sharp. Notice their plays had a ton of support and they did not advise on any backdoor sneaky R/S early on in the LOI phase.
