It’s possible but Tad knew about the 1:100 RS since it was in the November 8 PR. So mot mentioning the RS isn’t entirely Patels fault. His issues are more about the Facebook posts jumping the gun. Both have to be considered guilty of springing the 1/100 split on us I think. The more I think about it the less likely I could see Tad getting angry and out of the deal. Everyone is saying Ken needs to pull the 1:100 split. But how is Tad not taking heat for that too?
