You do know that hundreds have trialed DC vaccines? There have been well over a thousand clinical trials. The first few were last century, nothing new.

One (Provenge) is approved in the US. One ATL-DC (APCEDIN) is approved in India.

Most all show positive results until a randomized trial is used. And most fail the randomized trial as DCVax-L did.

The concept that DCVax-L is some breakthrough is comical. At best they have found a minor indication where an ATL-DC works.
