JFR, Thanks! I just want to highlight what you said because I had to read it twice to understand the significance.

there’s ~50 HF with a market maker licences in the USA.
they don’t have to “borrow” the shares and don’t have to put any capital on the trades.

Whereas a regular short has to deposit cash/capital to initiate a short position, market makers do not. They are able to bypass the "borrow shares" process, so they incur gain loss but maybe not the interest charges depending. Translation is, these major unfair advantages are equivalent to the teeth and the claws of the wolf that give it the predatory edge to almost any small biotech company. Fortunately for us and IMO we will see that NWBO is actually a tiger in sheep's clothing.
