Truenorth...isn't it an SEC violation for what he did. He posted on Facebook before "official PR". It was my understanding a few years ago social media posts were treated as PR's. Someone mentioned that to him on his Facebook and he said nothing until Tuesday. Can't we file a complaint with someone. I know it most likely won't come to fruition but if he's going to SEC and FINRA to change name and do RS...they should at least question the guy.
