'We plan to execute this transaction as soon as possible by conducting a R/S in the immediate future". THIS IS TRANSPARENCY!!!
People would have still supported the company and just simply waited until the R/S was over. That's it. But to continue to lead traders on AS IF THE R/S WAS DOWN THE ROAD, that is the problem here, Not Ken experience, goals, business genius or connections!!!
