Using logic; today is November 6th. Seeing there are only 30 days in November and they HAVE NOT EVEN FILED TO BE PINK CURRENT and after they do file it takes up to 2 weeks to be current. This is just to get back to where we already were.

We need news ABOUT THE REVERSE MERGER ALSO. That is what we are really waiting on.

This company hasn't filed quarterlies since May 2022 and that was for the quarter ending 11/03/21.

As I see we are on borrowed time to avoid the expert market. Daniel alluded to this being an asap thing several months ago.
