Had to check to see mine is 106.0.3 (32 bit). There now a "save to pocket" thing
i never use, the download progress arrow, and the three bar application menu.

Not in the address bar, but right up top right between the minimize and the close there is an icon which says
"restore down." It bumps the screen when clicked, with no observable difference to me when just tried.

You say it isn't always there. I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks.

Late thought: The image your "text only" brings to mind has be thinking i might have looked at it and wasn't attracted by it. Still thanks for the mention.
