1. No he was awarded options that expired worthless, never had any shares.

3. He didn’t buy any shares. It is not an opinion that Bioamber was liquidated, that was heavily documented and presented to you in the company’s last ever press release. Nothing since, and no hope of anything with no assets or employees.
