$TORVF - Putting a valuation on an emerging solid-state battery company at a time when global power storage is growing rapidly is difficult.

Volt Carbon Technologies acquired Solid UltraBattery in 2021.

The acquisition included patents and also brought one of the world's top battery experts under the Volt Carbon umbrella.

The most recent private placement of $700k came in at $0.125 per share, and you can bet those guys did their homework and are looking for a minimum 10x on their investment.

Just that right there is 10 x $0.125 = $1.25 per share (long)

For example, Volt Carbon with the market cap of QuantumScape would be approx. $23.16 per share.

QS is trading at $8.26 and a MC of $3.54B and has 433MM shares outstanding.
VCT is trading at $0.09 and a MC of $14.07M and has153MM shares outstanding.

Even just 10% of $23.16 is $2.32 PPS and VCT states that their battery tech is better than QS and has zero toxic debt.

Proof Volt Carbon is undervalued.

As more and more investors in the USA discover Volt Carbon, the short-term price will rise quickly as Volt announces more tech breakthroughs and production scale out.

Can't answer your question just yet, but it's not $0.09 when almost all other battery stocks are trading for dollars at present.
