If the company and shareholders are protected against liability then we can sell any shrimp out of any ditch to any consumer and cause them death or illness and we all get away with it?
What a deal!
We could sell gummies and cream with tons of CBD, non-existent Plex products, and those pills in Dr. Bond's jar! Who cares if it destroys lives when shareholders can profit from it?
