People who buy over a penny will be able to average down with this iteration of scam too! That's why investors have been here for years, knowing that the company never makes any profit, but the pump and dumps are the only way to earn money.
The company can drop promises to shareholders and veterans like a hot potato and jump on the shrimp boat with nothing but a few dollar filing and shareholders go wild once again. The veterans were good for the last pump but don't seem to matter at all now...
