Seems like the value of the KWBT shares at the time of merger, would be derived from KWBT's current net asset value, plus potential sales growth and any other Goodwill associated with the staff's Governmental and other businesss contacts, don't you think? How are the common shareholders to evaluate that they have
received a fair distribution of replacement assets from the merger?
