If you own more that 5% of the OS, it has to be filed by the company, then you. But 5% of the OS will be around 7-8 million shares, I can't get remotely close to that, now if I make 1000% return on some other tickers I have and the price is not over a dime, then I can get half of it and I will, provided that I make a 1000% return on some of my tickers between now and mid next week and we know all that is not possible.
