I would proffer that the lack of information has led to investors making decisions on faith rather than fact, and has scared away institutional investors for that reason
No sh** Sherlock.
This space is risky enough. Nobody knows the science well enough to know what works, else you would not be seeing P3s fail frequently. Even those run by well respected investigators and BP.
No need to add the additional risk of a management that is playing games.
