Most CEO's of small start up companies will get at least 3 phone calls a week from toxic funding companies promising the moon and in return you give them 30% discount to market and they give you funds at a 30% interest rate. With the promise not to sell the shares until the end of the term (yea right) and not dump them onto the market all at once (yea right)....been there done that...
