Dr Zyskind's kind reply found here shows that he sees Lightwave as a potentially large opportunity. From my reading, that's as far as it goes. He isn't validating the technology as being commercially ready.

You didn't respond about what Dr Leonberger said re the slide, but if he basically validated the accuracy of that slide as you imply, that's another positive but also falls short of saying they are ready for commercialization - technology-wise.

My position is that the company really is trying and has done some exciting things technology-wise -- maybe even solved the poling and stability issues, but that the technology is SO complicated that the timeline to commercialization could be years away still due to issues that are being worked on but to which we are not privy.

The two mentioned above - from what I'm seeing are not saying otherwise. BUT, Dr Lebby and Mr Marcelli ARE saying otherwise -- so I stand by what I wrote this morning -- they are the only 2 people in the world that are leading investors to look for commercialization to begin in 2023. Since they are also the only two people who received $2.6m in bonuses, I will remain skeptical about their commercialism claims. I do appreciate what Dr Zyskind had to say about Dr Lebby though, and perhaps I'll soften my views to be more along the lines of Dr Lebby tending toward exaggeration due to being overly-optimistic about the science. Maybe he will be proven right, but it appears he stands alone and other experts are more conservative.

The continuing silence from foundries that appear to already be taking far longer than expected is a 'real-life' support for this view, and the funds the company is reporting that would apply to foundry work suggest a smaller scale operation that hadn't advanced very far by June 30, but maybe this perception is about to change when we get the 'expected results' in the next 9 weeks.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
