On February 28, 2022 the Company received a subscription for a private placement of 6,400,000
shares at a price of $0.125 per unit for gross proceeds of $800,000. Each unit consisted of one
common share and one-half warrant exercisable at $0.25 per share. The warrants expire two
years from the date of issuance.
On March 15, 2022 the Company received a subscription for a private placement of 8,000,000
shares at a price of $0.125 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,000,000. Each unit consisted of one
common share and one-half warrant exercisable at $0.25 per share. The warrants expire two
years from the date of issuance.
