runncoachYour example is NOT at all a good comparison since you were comparing active Alzheimer's drugs that are not placebos. You. still do NOT understand. The Anavex Phase 2b/3 Alzheimer's trial which compares the response of Blarcamesine to a placebo, a substance that has no therapeutic effect, used as a control in testing new drugs.
