The problem with Yankee fans, maybe they fire him but I doubt it. They have got to the ALCS. It is not like they won 85 games and missed the playoffs. Now if old ownership was there he probably would of allready been gone. But I'm not sure current ownership see's it like that. Your GM is not a great GM, but he is not terrible either, the truth lies somewhere in between. They make the playoffs every year. Yes they use ton of resources to do so. But the Angels spend alot of money how many time have they gone to the playoffs?
Now I'm not your GM Biggest fan, so me writting a post, about the fact that he has assured them a level of success for years and years can't go unnoticed. Sometimes I get this response from fans a championship or bust season. Problem is you had a distant 2nd best roster in the AL. They are not losing to an inferior team they are losing to the best team in the AL and it isn't even close in my opinion. Would it be nice for them not to go down like this, but we knew the yanks offense was heavily dependent on Judge, if Judge slumped, you offense was gonna slump it is really that simple. And at some point he was going into a slump. I wonder if Yankee fans take will be lets not sign Judge because his slump happened at the wrong time. problem is if they do that the yanks will be lucky to win 85 games next year in my opinion.
