I see it as an early indicator that Koos has plans to advance RGBP. But you're right, anyone can make a website so in and of itself it doesn't mean anything at this point. But why bother if it doesn't represent platform to position RGBP for outside interests... A new website is not enough to pump the stock, so that's not it.
