Dear Snow,
The only information that we need is the number of shares you own like a self declaration. Otherwise, market shareholders information is masked by Cede & Co. If the company was actively registered, then brokers would have processed dividend credits to your account directly but being inactive, that route is not open.

My request is to simply put a self declaration vouching the number of shares owned in the company. I am not looking for any further details nor we use this information for anything else but to close the record with non-nobo listed shareholder shares dividend kept as unclaimed dividend.
