Dear palaypu0406 It is new information to me that At Ameritrade will not pass on a dividend to the shareholders of ITUP because the shares have been deregistered. I guess this goes for all brokers and not just the broker mentioned. Some of us have bought our shares over a period of time in quite a few separate trades. Do we really have to identify these to get the cash dividend?
