Lets discuss the Quiet Period. What's it all about? Did the company issue financial on time, yes. Did the company update us on filings accepted by the regulators, yes. So what didn't they do? They didn't give us the Official TLD statement for the trial, but they told us they wouldn't until the Journal is out.
In short they've done all the things the regulators expect them to do, and they've provided guidance about what they're doing while waiting for the Journal to be published. Are they advancing toward regulatory approval, yes. Could they have taken a different course, yes, but they said what they intended to do, and they're doing it.
In the past I had stock in a company that went silent for over two years, not one single financial filing, no annual meeting, nothing. After all that time they suddenly issued everything at once, came public, then sold the company essentially as a corporate shell. The SEC does allow such things to happen. NWBO hasn't done anything near that bad, the biggest official delay has been in the Annual Meeting, and I have a feeling the SEC would agree that they should get past the quiet period before holding it. I also believe the SEC would agree that their quiet period was the proper thing to do. Let's allow them to finish and I think we'll all be happy with the result.
