If the company behaved like a normal company, announced official data, published, filed for approval - sued its detractors it would have attracted a broad group of investors into the marketplace to buy shares aka volume. If there is volume market markets can not toy around and longs, sick of the lack of transparency and never-ending silence would not sell, thus SP would rise. As it is, though, NWBO remains confusing, and there's a mist shrouding the path forward because the company chooses to remain silent. Thus no volume given the market markets ample options to toy around.
