You guys need to sit down and read up on the exceptions to adequate and well controlled trials a few more times. The exceptions pathway is for when things DON’T go as planned like treatment induced pseudoprogression. You have been aware of this for quite some time as one of my first posts on this board in 2016 was related to this pathway. Those claiming post hoc manipulation can not claim ignorance as I have been responded to by all claiming post hoc data manipulation with new analysis measures. There is a big difference between uninformed ignorance while stating a claim and deliberate avoidance of sharing the whole truth while stating a claim both of which can have the ability to steer conclusions in the wrong direction but avoidance points to this steering in the wrong direction being deliberate.
