It’s not so much about holding the annual shareholder meeting per se, but rather the ASM is a threshold event that’s necessary to move the company forward.

With no ASM and continuation of the quiet period, the stock price will continue to drift down on low volume.

I heard there was news of news this week. What happened to the optimism?
