Now that we are a deregistered company, Ameritrade will not pass on the dividends... You have to identify your stock position (small or large portion does not matter) for this reason as we pass dividends directly and not through a BD.

Once we get the Nobo list of all the shareholders, We will have to notice FINRA of the expected dividend rate and date of payout and on the set date it gets paid put.
