I certainly agree with all items as upcoming milestones, but based on what the company has said you have numbers 1 and 2 reversed. Perhaps if Dr. Liau's SNO presentation goes much further than prior presentation after a peer reviewed Abstract then the company will release TLD before the Journal is out if it doesn't come out prior, but otherwise TLD doesn't get issued until we have the Journal.

The only milestones I believe you could add that should make a difference in the stock price is when the company officially is notified, and notifies us that their applications for approval from the regulators have each been accepted. We know the preliminaries required by the U.K. have been accepted, anticipated timing says they ought to be considering the application by now. In the U.S. there are no similar preliminary filings, all is rolled into the BLA, no one has indicated if either the Europeans or the Canadians have any preliminary filings required. While the general feeling is that the U.K. will be first, can anyone be certain that all four regulators won't receive the applications simultaneously. I believe in the U.K. first scenario, but I also believe that all possibilities are on the table.
