Fireman, I agree completely, what I was saying is that they should be able to break the quiet period after what is clearly peer reviewed data is presented. Whether we get a Journal or not, once Dr Liau presents at SNO I think that they can choose to end their quiet period if they choose to. It would be ridiculous to me to gain approval while still in a quiet period.
