You could be right.
The need for the tumor tissue for the lysate make this more convoluted.
If this was DCVAX Direct being approved then we would see much more off label.
I mean come on man.
Patients that have stage-4 ovarian or prostrate or any inoperable cancer without any other effective treatment would be begging their doctor to inject the DCs into the tumor. Insurance might not pay for it but your concern about risk a non-concern since there are not safety issues whatsoever with DCVAX.
